Munich Innovation Labs Co-Founder publishes study supporting free “Super WI-FI”

One of Munich Innovation Labs’ Co-Founders, Dr.-Ing. Jens Elsner, published a study on the viability of ‘Super Wifi’, a free, widely available form of broadband wifi access based on unused TV frequencies. The study argues that instead of selling freed-up frequencies for use e.g. for mobile phone traffic, authorities would create vast benefits for society and small businesses by drastically improving access to public wifi networks.
